1.2. Throughout these terms, Research Centre Amsterdam BV is referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”, or “Magnetic Core”. We use the terms “you” and “your” to mean any person using the Website, and any organisation or person using the Website on an organisation’s behalf.

These terms of use, the Website and any information contained in it will be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and the courts of the Netherlands will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute arising from these.
